I’m In! 

The BSAK Bulls is a student-run, house entrepreneurial challenge, similar to the UK’s Dragon’s Den. Last week, within the dramatic backdrop of the theatre, the tension could be cut with a knife as 10 teams from Years 7-13 pitched to the 5 adjudicators - The BSAK Bulls. Sixth Form students Sam and Nadine said

‘We were very impressed with all of the pitching teams and the quality of their presentations. As a result we have made investments in each of them’.

Over the next few weeks, each group will have a BSAK Bull as their mentor, for the duration of the challenge, to guide and ensure they are as successful as possible in each of the judging categories. The teams will be invited to sell their ‘products’ in the BSAK Marketplace, which will be set up on Tuesday 21 March at lunch time.

Businesses range from beauty accessories and products, to recycled uniform items, unique confectionery and stationary. ‘This is an exciting opportunity for students to put their entrepreneurial skills into practice and to sell products that they're enthusiastic about, to their peers. We are very excited to be working with them and awarding prizes to the most successful ideas.’ As Deborah Meaden says. ‘It's not where you come from, it's where you're heading. So, we’ll be reminding students to save the date, and join us on Tuesday 21 March.
