At BSAK, we think about our emotional wellbeing daily, but this Friday was an extra special day in BSAK Primary. At the request of our 'Student Voice' we held 'Inside Out Day' and our students came to school wearing their clothes inside out. It was a lot of fun to see labels and pockets on show, as a way to demonstrate that how we look on the outside might not represent how we are feeling inside.

Across the UAE this message is being shared widely and The National News paid us a visit to hear the views of some of our students. It was very moving to hear their wise words about how they are learning to talk about their feelings, as well as support their friends at school.
