The 2025/2026 application process for Nursery (FS1) will open on Friday 25th October. The application process for all other year groups will open on Friday 1st November.  Please note that it will not be possible to apply for the 2025/26 academic year before these dates. As the School is currently full, all Reception (FS2) to Year 10 applications received will be added to the respective waiting lists and offers will be made as and when existing families notify us of their plans for next year. This usually begins to happen from April onwards. Year 12 offers will be made by the end of March 2025.

Please note that we introduced a one-off, non-refundable 250aed application fee for all applications in the 2023/24 academic year. If you submitted an application for 23/24 and/or 24/25, please just upload your receipt (which will be attached to your child/ren's previous application).  If you haven't previously paid this fee please ensure you follow the instructions below and upload the receipt to your application.

Before being able to click the submit button on your child’s application, you will need to do the following:

• Upload passport copy, birth certificate copy (in Arabic or English), Emirates ID copy (if based in the UAE) for the applicant.
• Upload passport copy, Emirates ID copy (if based in the UAE) for both parents/guardians
• Upload last 2 school reports. Not applicable for Nursery applications.
• Upload recent headshot of your child (no older than 6 months)
• Pay the application fee by bank transfer, using the BSAK bank details below. Please ensure that your child's name and date of birth (as per the application) is included in the transfer reference so that our accounts team can reconcile your payment.
• Upload a screenshot/copy of the confirmation of payment.
